Booking a treatment

To confirm the appointment I take payment by bank transfer in advance. Please give me 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule the appointment to get a full refund.

At the beginning of our first appointment we will take up to 5-10 minutes to complete a consultation. Your appointment time is inclusive of consultation, getting changed and aftercare.

 

I have a zero-tolerance attitude towards inappropriate suggestion or behaviour.

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment I have a 24 hour notice policy. Treatments cancelled within 24 hours of appointment will be charged 50% of the booking cost with no-shows or treatments cancelled within 12 hours charged 100% of the booking.

Mobile massage

 

I primarily work from my massage space in Speedwell. I can, however, provide mobile massage within the Bristol area under special request. An additional £5 is charged to cover fuel.
